Health, Safety and Common Good Proposals 

Our Common Good proposals are designed to not only support workers at CCP, but also lift up students and contribute to a better philadelphia

• The College shall provide a free public transportation benefit for students, staff and faculty. 

• Climate justice degree programs added to CCP Curricula

• CCP will provide personal protective equipment, safe and sanitary working conditions, reporting procedures, and corrective actions of hazardous or unsafe conditions.

• Working Conditions: protocols for future health emergencies

• Working Conditions: protections for employees against imminent danger

• Revisions to Health and Safety Committee to more clearly define the role and scope of the committee and facilities more efficient operation

• Air quality standards and protocols for poor air quality days

Guarantee of functioning technology, internet, noise and temperature standards in faculty offices and classrooms. Remote work options during periods when on-campus working conditions are unacceptable.
