2024 Grade 2 minimum raised to: $20/hr; $39,000/yr

Grade minimums increase annually with raises Salary schedules for each job title.

Minimums pegged to the average market rate for the position, per the job study commissioned by the College.

Steps for experience.

Back pay for all reclassifications related to job study (to date of College receipt of job study.) 

Raises across a 4-year contract

September 1, 2024 - Initial salary schedule placement, minimum increase of 12%

September 1, 2025 - 10%, applied to salary schedules

September 1, 2026 - 8%, applied to salary schedules

September 1, 2027 - 6%, applied to salary schedules

Full Time Faculty

Raises across a 4-year contract

September 1, 2024 - 12%, applied to salary schedules

September 1, 2025 - 10%, applied to salary schedules

September 1, 2026 - 8%, applied to salary schedules

September 1, 2027 - 6%, applied to salary schedules

Part Time Faculty / Visiting Lecturers

PT Credit teaching pay = 80% of equivalent FTF pay (Seniority Pools pegged to FTF Steps)

Hourly PT faculty = 100% of equivalent FTF pay (Seniority Pools pegged to FTF Steps)

Raises across a 4-year contract

September 1, 2024 - Peg to appropriate FTF step, minimum increase 12%

September 1, 2025 - 10% (parity with FTF)

September 1, 2026 - 8% (parity with FTF)

September 1, 2027 - 6% (parity with FTF)
