Part Time Faculty / Visiting Lecturers
Increase College contributions to medical: Pool I: 75% College contribution to monthly premium of Employee and Employee + 1; 50% for Family / Pool II or above: 100% College contribution to monthly premium of Employee and Employee + 1; 67% for Family
Drug and Dental Coverage matching FTF options (100% premium paid)
A Flexible Spending Account option for Adjuncts, matching FTF and CE
Retirement contribution: 2:1 match (equity with FT employees), including VLs
Expand PT/VL leave to be 2 weeks of paid leave each semester that may be used toward sick leave, bereavement, and personal days. Leave time to be banked and used before PTVL Travel and Short-Term Disability Fund.
Pool XIV Retirement incentive: 1-time payment totaling pay for 8.99 credit hours for 2 semesters at the Pool XIV rate or 23.9 hours/week for 2 semesters at the Pool XIV rate for hourly PT Faculty.
